While the opportunities in Sunnymead, Edgemont and Moreno were extremely poor for all of us. I find it difficult to believe a group of young baby boomers that began together as one giant class attending Allessandro Jr. High. Then completely and totally transplanted to the first high school in the community together without a senior class drifted so far apart. I know for myself it seems odd they aren't even curious about each other and what fortunes life held in store for them. Where everyone was on a first name basis and everyone knew each other for what seemed like a life time. Looking at the names of our classmates who have failed to register themselves for at least the years of: 66, 67 & 68. I know for myself I couldn't wait to get out of Sunnymead and begin life. Even though I left Sunnymead the very day of graduation June 16th 1968. I am often reminded of a simplier place and time, back in the days of MVHS. Those people who attended the hill parties, football games, danced at the teen club in Arnold Heights the drag races on Pigeon Pass Road and cruised Magnolia in Riverside on Friday & Saturday nights. They seemed to have forgotten to register themselves in the list of people who attended MVHS provided on this web site. I know life changes many things but it will never erase the times we all spent together as classmates who attended and graduated from Moreno Valley High.

By the way, for those of you military brats who lived in the Warner Ranch tract on Perris Bvld. For those of you who have NOT registered yourselves:

Sue Bales, Margie Zakula, John Drummer, Joe Curfman, Charles Knoftz, the Hopkroft sisters, Linda & Donna, Robert Cadren, Larry Lamberson, Jane Dillonsnider, Bobby Downer, Billy Roe, Tom Chelbana, Mike Garner, Jim Risley, Mark Moberg and the rest of the Antelpoe road locals

" Shame on you "

Nuff said!

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Charley. He was always one of the most popular guys at Alessandro Jr High and MVHS. Everyone knew Charley even if he didn't know you! Charley was a superior athlete and a very fair guy.

Our harts go out to his family & loved ones.

My sentiments and condolences go out to Sue and his family.

Hank was always up beat and a " Regular Guy " It was a privilade to be one of his friends beginning at Allessandro Jr. High. When we all moved to the new high school MVHS. Hank was always one of the coolest and best dressed. Hank wasn't a typical air-hear teen ager. He was responsible and mature beyond his years. He looked out for his brother Johnny and friends alike. His untimely passing is a shock to us all. Forever in my heart I will remember him as one of the " ARL " Antelope Road Locals, and the best of the best.

My his sole rest in the knowledge he made a difference
