Robert Howell Howell

Spent 30 years designing sets, lights and costumes for theatre, dance, musicals and rock concerts.
My last major production was on the steps of LA City Hall, "Julius Caesar". Designed over 500 shows in my career and finished up as a tenured professor heading the Technical Theatre Program at LA City College.

Now living in Sherman Oaks, with my wife and two cats

Life is good. However, in September I underwent open heart surgery for a number of problems. 5 months later and I am pretty much recovered, but had to retire to focus on my health. Hope to see many of you in October.

Graduated UCI in 1973, BA in Drama
Graduated Univ. of Washington 1975, MA in Theatere Design and Technolgy
Taught at Bucknell Univ (PA) Standford University, UC Irvine, Cal St Univ. San Bernardino, Whittier College, El Camino College, Pasadena City College and LA City College (tenured Professor).

Graduated Southwestern Univ SOL in 2004 and began practising family and dependency law.

Now semi-retired from my own law firm as well as producing new stage productions.
