Ricky Pollastrini - Class Of 1968 VIEW PROFILE

I'm sorry to say that Rick Pollastrini shares a grave with his father, Joseph, at Riverside National Cemetery.

He died in May of 1987.

That is all I know. If anyone knows what happened, I would be eternally grateful to learn. He was my best friend at MVHS and for years after but I lost track of him in the mid 70's. I did an online search a while back and was shocked to find that he is gone.

Thank you for your help.

I knew Ricky through my brother Larry, who was Ricky's friend. Was sorry to hear about his passing.

I knew Ricky well, lived next door to him for 4 years before we moved to Del Mar. I'm sorry to hear he passed away.

I am very saddened to see that my friend Ricky has left us.

He was my neighbor at the end of Gentian Street in Warner Ranch.  I would walk over to his house and we would ride together towards RCC.  He ALWAYS made me laugh.  He was such fun.

We kept in touch when he was in Vietnam.  When he came back from the war, we only were in contact once.  We lost touch.  I did not know what happened to him after that.  I guess it is because I was married and he did not want to bother me.  I see now that I had a controlling husband and that probably scared him away.

I have driven by Warner Ranch a few years ago.  Gosh, it is still there and so many houses all around.  I see that practically all the houses have a fence in the front yard !!  So many memories of all the people that lived there.

I miss you Ricky.
