Jim Buehler - Class Of 1966 VIEW PROFILE

Jim Buehler

As reported to me by his brother, Nick Buehler (class of ’71) kahunabuehler@hotmail.com. That Jim Buehler (class of '66) passed away April, 2006, he resided in Del Mar CA. and was a graduate of Chico State and ran a business building fountains in SoCal.  Jim has returned to MoVal to walk with the many others in the ‘Halls of Valhalla’ where they again enjoy the memories of their youth and times in the 'Val' growing up. You can now rest in internal sleep Jim all your pain has been lifted and taken away. Life is so fragile. EVERY DAY IS A GIFT... Remember, It is not how we die that is our legacy, but how we lived the Life we were given.

Please post a note of remembrance for those who live on in our hearts and memories.

Although this update is current news here Jim's passing was actually several years ago now apparently. However, I still wanted to follow up with a comment about a very good person and close friend from our HS days. This was truly another sad update to hear about a fellow classmate.

I knew Jim very well during our days at MoVal HS both on campus and off. I recall having a few classes with Jim but our real connection was always in the end of day class in auto shop. Jim was an avid car nut like many of us back then and was also a member of our local car club like me at that time too.

Additionally, he and I spent many after school hours and weekends working at a local ranch together where several other MoVal HS classmates worked as well. This would almost always lead to our after work weekend nights at hill party gatherings also. Antelope Road was the main point of these gatherings, but we had other areas as well.

As the years have past and recall fades one can forget how many hours & days we actually shared with some close friends, but not so much that it did not hold a very solid point of value in our lives.

To his brother Nick and other family members I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear this late update about Jim.

I'm truly sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was my neighbor for a number of years & tho quiet he was always easy to talk to. I know his high school years had personal challenges that he handled in the same quiet calm way. He was the first person I remember riding a skateboard! Rest in peace Jim. My sympathy to your family.
