Sky Stockard was nuts! He also was a ton of fun. Some of my most embarassing moments were in his company, Sky had no filter. Sky and I were hanging in the quad, and this cute girl comes up to us, she asks if we would sign a petition to change the dress code so girls could wear pants. Sky said " Lift up your skirt and lets see what it will look like". That was Sky, the last time I saw Sky and got to hang was at the Big Bash in '88 he was living in Tulsa, I invited him to Idaho but he never came. Rest in Peace Hook.
Sky was always a guy who knew his own direction in life. The guy who looked like a man in junior high, who I still see riding that 750 Norton motorcycle around the valley. He was a excellent tight end on the footbal team and never seemed to amaze in daily walk in life. He is surely missed in the memories I have our days in MVHS.
