I am so very sorry to have received an e-mail today (1/17/2017) informing all of us that Debbie passed away in 2003!    So very young an age.   I hung out with Debbie for a time in high school ... seems long ago, yet doesn't seem that far away.    I never kept up with her once I left school early (1969).   I'm glad she seemed to have a full life with her husband and eight children, plus all the grands!    I'm sure they gave her not only grief, as children will do of course, but lots of joy and love during her life time.   God bless you all!  Kristie Fenderson Hildebrandt

I, too, was sad to hear the news about Debbie.  She & I became very good friends in our Senior year & she & Reggie Miller double-dated with Jim & me on our first date.  Jim & I still celebrate that date every year, March 20, 1970.  Debbie was a great friend with a terrific sense of humor; I can still hear her laugh.  I wish we had kept in touch after graduation...

I am so sad to hear about Debbie.  We were best friends our junior and senior years in high school.  We had so much fun together; trips to the beach, shopping at the mall in Riverside, school lunches at the Jet drive in or A&W with Kristi Fenderson and just hanging out.  We kept in touch until the late 70’s and reconnected briefly in 2000.  Sadly, that was the last time I spoke with her.  Debbie’s dream was to have a large family — she always said she wanted at least 6 children — glad that dream became reality for her.
